1.After receiving the feedback from customers about our products, our After-sales Service Dept. will immediately make investigation and analysis, complete the Quality Info Report Sheet, and submit it to the responsible department who can handle this issue.
3.The responsible department will formulate corrective and preventive solutions which are subject to the verification of related departments.
4.After-sales Service Dept. informs the user about the solutions by email or phone calls.
